We built SmartShop around three commitments: transparent ingredients, cruelty-free practices, and a retail policy that treats you fairly if something isn't right.

Why We Started

Beauty labels that actually explain themselves.

Too many personal care labels lean on vague marketing language instead of telling you what's inside. SmartShop was built to close that gap: every product page carries a full ingredient list, honest skin-type guidance, and usage instructions written the way we'd explain them to a friend.

We keep the shelf tight on purpose: skincare, hair, body, and wellness, with formulas we can stand behind rather than chasing every trend that lands on social.

Cruelty-Free Practices

No animal testing, at any stage.

None of our formulas or finished products are tested on animals, whether by us or by any supplier we work with. We rely on in-vitro testing, dermatologist review panels, and consumer safety trials with consenting adult participants instead.

Retail Policy

Straightforward, in writing.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products with a quality concern are eligible for a replacement or refund — contact support with your order number.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders over $50 ship free; orders under $50 include a flat shipping estimate at checkout.

Patch test any new product on a small area of skin before full use, particularly if you have known sensitivities. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.
